Jazzed Up Hummus

Shopping List

  • 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 10 oz. store-bought hummus
  • 2 tbsp. diced cucumbers or celery
  • 2 tbsp. crumbled feta ~skip for vegan
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley or basil
  • 2 tbsp. diced jalapeños ~ optional
  • A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. chopped black olives
  • A pinch of salt

 

Instructions

  • Mix together and put on top of hummus and serve with your favorite crackers or pita bread.
